SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $250
- $6.00 — Find Bag scoops and lighter orders
- $12.00 — Gift boxes, bundles, and heavier orders
Rush Shipping
Rush shipping is available upon request. Because our boxes are custom-sourced and vary in weight, rush shipping costs cannot be quoted in advance. To request rush shipping, please note it in the order notes at checkout or email us at theeclecticfind@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We will follow up with a separate invoice for the rush shipping cost based on your order weight and destination. Your order will not be expedited until the rush shipping invoice is paid.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Eclectic Find is not responsible for carrier delays.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Items in your order may vary from those shown in product images. All products are curated based on availability and sourcing — no specific item depicted in any photo is guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at theeclecticfind@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
