All purchases from The Eclectic Find are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Curated & Mystery Items

Our boxes and scoops contain curated and mystery items selected by our team. Because the nature of our products involves surprise and discovery, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, item variation, or the contents of mystery pulls.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will review your claim and, if verified, will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Eclectic Find is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier directly. If your package appears lost in transit, reach out and we will assist where we can.
